Fifteen chefs from across the country will soon compete for the highly regarded title of"Top Chef."
Season 23 of Bravo's "Top Chef" premieres at 9 p.m. ET on Monday, March 9. Making its debut on Bravo, the episode will be available for streaming on Peacock the next day – Tuesday, March 10.
In addition to being named "Top Chef," the winner of Season 23 will take home $250,000, a feature in Food & Wine magazine, an appearance at the annual Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Colorado, the chance to headline an exclusive dinner at James Beard House in New York and the opportunity to present at The James Beard Restaurant and Chef Awards in Chicago, according to a Bravo news release.

Who are the 'Top Chef' Season 23 judges?
"Top Chef" Season 23 is hosted by chef and television host Kristen Kish, who won Season 10 of "Top Chef" in 2013. Head judge Tom Colicchio and perennial judge Gail Simmons are making returns to their longstanding roles, according to a Bravo news release. Guest judges will include reality stars Madison LeCroy and Craig Conover of "Southern Charm."
