A self-made entrepreneur believes he has a simple plan to help revive beleaguered restaurant chain TGI Fridays. After years of consistent decline, the chain filed for bankruptcy in early November. It is now down to under 200 locations after shutting almost 50 the month before - and more earlier in the year. Bosses are using Chapter 11 protection to keep the business running while they cut costs and look for ways to 'ensure the long-term viability' of the near 60-year-old chain.
