Thomas Muller has left a good luck message to England captain Harry Kane at the Three Lions training base for the European Championships in Germany. Kane and Muller have been team-mates at club level this season, with the England forward moving to Bayern Munich from Tottenham for £100m. The forwards will be on opposite sides this summer with hosts Germany and England among the pre-tournament favourites. Julian Nagelsmann's side started the preparations at the Weimarer Land Spa and Golf Resort near the town of Blankenhain.
