Congresswoman Summer Lee shockingly responded to a reporter asking about the rape and murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray by illegal migrants by claiming not to know who she was. Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 21, and Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, are accused of brutally murdering the 12-year-old and dumping her body in a creek. Both came illegally from Venezuela. The Pennsylvania Democrat - who proudly publicizes endorsements by the likes of Bernie Sanders and 'The Squad' - was sought out by a reporter on Capitol Hill to discuss the issue Wednesday.
