Ariana Grandeditched the traditional pink Glinda wardrobeand wore a 73-year-old dress to the London premiere.Styled by Law Roach, the 32-year-old actress brought Old Hollywood couture to the red carpet with a Gilbert Adrian one-shoulder princess gown from 1952.The pop diva spoke about theWickedchapter coming to an end."It feels beautiful…," she toldBBC News. "This project will always be part of our lives."Fans said theSide to Sidesinger was giving real-life "princess" vibes."Ariana Grande's main character energy, now in gothic mode," one said, while another called her "the most beautiful princess ever.""The most perfect glinda the world has ever seen. we love her so much," commented another.Others said they were "not feeling the dress!" and scrutinized her appearance."Can someone tell her that other hairstyles besides bun also exist?" one asked."Ozempiciana Grande," commented another.

Jonathan Bailey put on a show on the red carpet, wearing a gray wool button-down and matching trousers, topped off with a black wool coat.Notably, he had a red flower pinned to his lapel in honor of the U.K. holiday Remembrance Day.The British actor, who plays love interest Prince Fiyero in the film, was recentlycrownedPeople's Sexiest Man Alive for 2025.He made history by becoming the first openly gay man to hold the title. But when asked who was the sexiest man of the year for him, he instantly named the director ofWicked: For Good."Jon M Chu," he toldBBC News."Because his genius, and his compassion, knows no end."Fans called him "wickedly handsome" on the red carpet."We're completely under that spell," said one fan, while a second commented, "Forever spellbound by Johny's perfection.""If I saw him out in public i would walk against a lamp post," a third wrote, "how does this level of beauty exist?"

Cynthia Erivo made agrand arrival on the red carpetin a blue and black Prada gown, steering away from her iconic green shades. The actress, who plays Elphaba in the film, had her look put together by Jason Bolden. The floor-sweeping gown featured a sculpted bodice, a belted waist, and off-the-shoulder sleeves. When asked if the London premiere felt like a "full-circle moment," the Tony-winning actress said it did."It really does because it's like my hometown," she said during a red carpet interview. "We're here again to finish this wonderful journey that we began a while ago."Fans said they were "obsessed" with her outfit, calling her outfit "gorgeous and stunning.""This is my favourite look so far," one fan said.On the other hand, a critic asked, "Why are her eyebrows wearing the invisibility cloak?"

Michelle Yeoh was another showstopper at the London premiere, showing up in a custom black velvet gown from Self-Portrait.To complement her role as the malicious Madame Morrible, the actress showed support for Malaysian designer Han Chong of Self-Portrait and chose pearl pieces from MIKIMOTO as for her accessories. She also wore a dazzling watch from Richard Mille on her wrist."She was so breathtaking in real life," a fan commented, while another quipped, "She's so morribly gorgeous.""The pearl and diamond combo with her accessories!!" read another comment. "And they pop so beautifully against the black dresss!"

Jeff Goldblum stayed in character on the red carpet, wearing an emerald green waistcoat, a green shirt, a matching tie, and a brown trench coat to complete the look.Theveteran actor played the fraud Wizard, who seizes power and wants to use the magic of others for his own selfish agenda in the film.He smiled away on the red carpet while standing beside his wife Emilie Livingston."My crush," one fan called him.Another said, "Best wizard tbh.""He's so wonderful I'd cry if I met him and never leave," commented another.TheThor: Ragnarokstar said he stopped eating meat after taking on the role of Wizard of Oz in the film adaptations."It's changed me," he said on Monday on theThis Morningshow."After doing this movie we talked about the animal cruelty," he continued. "I stopped eating meat and poultry. So this Christmas and Thanksgiving, I may be having another something else."

A fitting choice for the actor who played Boq in the film, Ethan Slater came to the premiere dressed in a silver metallic-looking suit. But more than his outfit choice, fans were curious about why he barely had any interaction with Ariana Grande at the event, apart from posing for a group photo with several of their co-stars between them.Ethan and thePositionssinger have been romantically linked since 2023, but the pair haven't been pictured together since April this year.Sources claimed to theDaily Mailthat they have been "on and off" for several months. While fan speculation about their relationship status continues, the pair seemed to show support for each other with a healthy amount of Instagram likes on each other's posts.

Frankie Grande surprised hislittle sister Arianaby attending the London premiere this week. The 42-year-old musician turned heads by showing up shirtless, wearing a black leather jacket and matching pants.Frankie previously said he hadn't seen his sister for about two years while she was filming the first installment of theWickedmovies."That is completely unlike the way we've lived our lives. If we don't see each other, like, at least every week, it's like the weirdest thing ever. So the fact that she was gone for two years basically was so strange," he said on theZach Sang Showin June.

  • Little House on the Prairie cast members are remembering one historically inaccurate detail that pops up frequently throughout the show

  • Speaking on a podcast, Alison Arngrim said that many of the actresses on the show wore acrylic nails

  • "They all had the French tips. It was so 'in' in the early eighties," she said

TheLittle House on the Prairiecast is remembering some of the show's historical inaccuracies, noting that long acrylic nails with French manicures (popularized in the 1970s and 1980s) can be seen throughout episodes set in the late 1800s.

In the Nov. 6, 2025, episode of theLittle House 50podcast, co-hosts Pamela Bob, Alison Arngrim and Dean Butler spoke about the nails and how they continually pop up throughout the show — particularly in season 5, episode 9, titled "The Wedding."

At one point in the episode, Mary Ingalls accepts Adam Kendall's long-awaited marriage proposal — which is exactly when co-host Bob notes that audiences can see Mary's decidedly synthetic manicure.

"This is the moment when we first see the nails, the French tips," Bob says in the podcast.

Arngrim — who played Nellie Oleson on the show —adds that the more modern nails can be seen "repeatedly through this episode," with Bob adding: "They're shiny, shiny new. Beautiful. They are shiny new acrylics."

Arngrim then described how she, too, loves a fresh manicure, but always made a point of removing any polish before filming days.

"Now you know I love doing my nails ... I love doing my nails," she said. "I did do that. Even during the show, I know I did not have any sort of acrylics during the show [but] I would often on the weekend paint my nails many interesting colors. ... but Sunday night [removed it] with the nail polish remover."

She continued; "And I don't know. Because Melissa Gilbert had the acrylics. Melissa Sue had the acrylics. They all had the French tips. It was so in in the early eighties. And they all did and I did not. ... I said, 'I'm on a TV show and I have a full seven year contract for a TV show where apparently I live in the 1800s and don't have nails.'"

"Yeah, if it was any any later ... God, the 1930s, maybe we'd gotten away with it," Arngrim said.

Added Bob: "It is so weird that Michael Landon was like, 'Yeah. I'm cool with it. It is weird to me.' "

Michael Landon— who playedpatriarchCharles Ingalls on the show — acted as the show's producer, even directing many of the episodes.

Landon died on July 1, 1991, three months after publicly announcing his diagnosis with pancreatic cancer, and is often remembered by the cast of the show.

In a May 2025 episode the podcast, Butler said of Landon: "I think people respected Michael, but I don't think that he had that industry respect that he deserved. He captured audiences in this profound way and continues to capture audiences. In a changing world, he still is able to capture people because there's truth in what he's writing about."

NEED TO KNOW

  • Paris Hilton got engaged to Carter Reum in February 2021 on a private island

  • He proposed with a 20-carat, emerald-cut diamond ring

  • The couple wed in November 2021

Paris Hiltonhas an engagement ring worthy of a hotel heiress.

Hilton andCarter Reumstarted a romance in 2019 after reconnecting at a Thanksgiving dinner, ultimately dating for two years before getting engaged during a February 2021 vacation. Reum popped the question with a massive, emerald-cut diamond designed by jeweler Jean Dousset.

The Simple Lifestar opened up about her engagement in a September 2021blogpost, calling her new bling "perfect" and "just gorgeous."

"I love everything about Carter, and he's changed my life in so many beautiful ways. His love has shaped me into the woman I know I was meant to be," she wrote. "Our feelings are intense and incredible, and I've never felt more alive. When Carter proposed to me, it was the best moment of my life."

Hilton and Reum wed nine months later during a three-day wedding extravaganza in California. They held their ceremony at Hilton's late grandfather's former Bel Air home, where they exchanged wedding bands. Hilton opted for a diamond eternity ring, while Reum donned a silver band.

Here's everything to know about Paris Hilton's engagement ring.

Reum worked closely with Dousset, the great-great-grandson of famous French jeweler Louis Cartier, to create Hilton's custom emerald-cut sparkler.

Speaking withThe Knotin November 2021, Dousset opened up about Reum's role in the design process.

"The one key element of this ring was that Carter was heavily invested [in the process] so that he could add as much sentiment as possible in the idealization and crafting of the ring," he said. "His focus was on how many details and personal touches, big and small, that he could add to the ring to represent how much he loves Paris."

The ring was inspired by the Grand Palais in Paris

The center stone of Hilton's engagement ring is a 20-carat, emerald-cut diamond, which is surrounded by baguette-cut and trapezoid accent diamonds, perThe Knot. The massive sparkler, estimated to be worth about $2 million, was designed to resemble the glass ceiling of the Grand Palais in Paris.

"The design of the ring derives from a combination of classical and Art Nouveau era influences. The geometric shapes of this ring are befitting to resemble the structure of the Grand Palais in Paris," Dousset toldThe Knot. "Its vaulted glass ceiling was designed to draw the maximum amount of light when large crowds were gathered, as electricity had yet to be invented."

He added, "The design is drawn from my desire to relegate the precious metal as a supporting role and maximize the ring's beauty from all points of view, so we used a special tension setting to align the diamonds seamlessly, without metal."
