Man decapitates his brother then throws his head from a balcony in front of horrified neighbours

An Italian man has turned himself in to police after decapitating his brother and tossing his head over a balcony following a vicious argument. The man, named locally as 59-year-old Benito, got into a bitter feud with his brother, 65-year-old Annibale, in their home in Pannarano, a small town around 25 miles outside of Naples, last night. While it is currently unclear what exactly the argument was about it was loud enough that neighbours heard, and it reached a point where Benito grabbed a knife and brutally attacked his brother.

Around 125 Atlantic white-sided dolphins became stranded in the area off the coast of Massachusetts, which rescue workers called a 'big dolphin trap'. Rescuers desperately tried to coax them out of the shallows for hours, with their painstaking work allowing more than 100 of the stranded dolphins to get into deeper water.

A police report seen by 8NewsNow detailed Kendall's alleged motive for the horrific attack. 'Jason said Larissa requested additional payment and he 'snapped,'' documents said.
