"Clearly I had to go digging around the internet for pictures from this time as I'm not sure camera phones even existed. Sadly all my hairstyles ARE very documented," Duff, 37, began the post dedicated to her 2003 LP.She continued: "I do know this marker of time was a huge change in my being. I was embarking on something I had no idea would make such an impact on peoples lives, and mine. As much as I look back and think this album doesn't hold the emotional depth I look for today, I know my 14/15 year old self meant every word."

In June, Duff also paid tribute to the 10th anniversary of her last album Breathe In. Breathe Out.
"It's hard to believe that Breathe in Breathe out is 10 years old today," the "Why Not" artist began the post. "While that time in my life has some bright spots, some blurry spots and some uncomfortable pain, I look back with fondness and a now knowing that I ended up exactly where I needed to be."Duff also shared throwback photos from that time featuring her "Coolio nails" and reflected on how filming Younger kept her "bi-coastal and busy."
"The selfies PR team was strong and a sepia filter hated to see me coming," she added, referring to a series of photos she shared with the post from 2015. "I had/have the cutest son on planet earth and we really seemed to pack it in with adventure that year."
Duff also noted how much Britney Spears meant to her.
"If it weren't for Britney I would have never wanted to be a pop star," she wrote.
Duff then commented that "while Breathe In Breathe Out didn't have major success, there was still some work on the record that felt authentic."
She then appeared to hint at the possibility of music.
"I see you all blaming yourselves on TikTok, not actually your fault (but really it was), just kidding, but don't let it happen again…next time…okay," Duff concluded.
